Today I am tying up loose ends and getting my bags packed. This evening I fly from Manchester, NH to Dulles to Heathrow to Addis. Connections are tight and my ticket has my first and last names flipped so I have my fingers crossed that all will go smoothly. I am sad to leave Josh and my cats and the Upper Valley after a wonderful month doing pathology at Dartmouth. However, I am looking forward to my nephew's 1st birthday, milder temperatures and some fascinating experiences in pathology.

Departure
Welcome to my first ever blog! I am very excited for my fast-approaching trip to Ethiopia for the month of February. I will be doing a rotation in tropical pathology and living with my brother and his family.
